DJI Mavic 3 Thermal Drone

The Mavic 3 Enterprise series features small yet powerful commercial drones. The DJI Mavic 3T comes with a 640x512p thermal camera, a 56x zoom camera, 1/2-inch CMOS wide camera, omnidirectional sensing, the DJI O3 enterprise transmission, and up-to 45 mins of flight time. This compact and portable drone can also be equipped with additional accessories like RTK module for centimetre-level positioning and high-volume loudspeaker.

The DJI Mavic 3T is a highly useful commercial drone as it can easily perform firefighting, search and rescue, inspection, and night operations with its powerful thermal camera.

Introduction to Thermal Imaging E-Learning Course

This e-learning course is designed to teach the basics of thermal imaging, perfect for newcomers to the industry. It focuses on how to use a thermal imaging camera for data collection and analysis. Since thermal cameras require more than just point-and-shoot, this course delves into the various factors that influence the final image quality and how these cameras can be used to precisely measure object temperatures for fault detection and vital insights.

The course offers a comprehensive online curriculum, teaching the fundamentals of thermal imaging and the setup of infrared cameras. It includes diverse learning materials such as presentations, reading assignments, and quizzes, structured to be thorough yet accessible.

Upon completion, students are required to pass an online multiple-choice examination. Successful completion of this exam awards a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) approved iRed® certificate, signifying proficiency in the fundamental aspects of thermal imaging.
