Hoodman makes top-class launch/landing pads for drones, and these rugged pads do not require any stakes to keep them in place as they are designed with a weighted perimeter that firmly stays grounded even with strong downforce or high wind. Setting up the Hoodman pad is very easy, as it is spring-loaded and pops open once you take it out of the carry bag. It can be conveniently folded into one-third of its deployed size and kept in the carry bag for easy transportation.
Hoodman pads can effectively protect your drones and allow safer launches and landings. Hoodman pads protect rotors from tall grass and pebble strikes, prevent dirt particles from going through motor bearings, and keep the lens and gimbal clean by keeping them out of snow.
