The FLIR T420 thermal imaging camera has a wide temperature range of -20°C to 650°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of uses from diagnostics on electro-mechanical systems to veterinary anaylsis and building surveys. This infrared camera has an impressive resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, which enables it to capture highly detailed thermal images wherever you are.
When utilising the FLIR T420’s impressive thermal sensitivity (less than 0.045°C at 30°C) you can experience incredible precision in the majority of locations. Being part of the FLIR T400 range means that the FLIR T420 can benefit from a range of different lenses, giving the ability to select and change lenses as and when the job requires. The standard lens included with the FLIR T420 is 25˚, and features a 4x continuous zoom.
As well as containing an infrared camera, the FLIR T420 has a 3.1 megapixel digital camera that allows for digital images to be taken in addition to thermal images. These images can then be overlaid using the inbuilt thermal fusion technology to produce crisp and detailed images. Besides producing static images, the FLIR T420 is capable of producing MPEG-4 digital videos and directly stream these videos to a computer or mobile device.
The FLIR T420 thermal imaging camera is made easy to use by having a 120˚ swivel lens, which allow for images to be taken even at the most difficult of locations. All of the functions on this thermal camera can be easily accessed with a 3.5” touch screen and intuitively designed buttons.
